Specification - Days
Each day in Hindu mythology has a specific meaning and own significance. Days are mostly classified on basis of development of moon , arrival of festivals or jayantis. The brighter half of days according to the moon is called Shukla Paksha and darker half Krishna Paksh. However, it doesn't have any co-relation with Lord Krishna.
A book called Panchang in Hindu religion is usually used as calender which contains all the details of a particular according to different basis like Moon , festives etc.

The days in a week is also many times related to a particular god or goddess and many traditions and rituals are followed on those particular day. Like:
Monday - Lord Shiva (Avoiding Salt and Non-veg)
Tuesday - Lord Hanuman (Avoiding Non- Veg)
Wednesday - Lord Vithal (Offering food to Lord Krishna)
Thursday - Day of Gurus (Watering Banana Plants and preferring yellow colour for dressing)
Friday - Maa Laxmi (Puja of Dhan - Money or wealth)
Saturday - Lord Shani (Offering black clothes to the lord)
Sunday - Surya or Baba Balak Nath (Avoiding salt , fried items , Non-Veg)

Specification - Yugas
The Time in Hindu Mythology when counted in years is generally divided into yugas. Yugas actually show a vast difference or change over many years in human behaviour or living style.
According to the ancient texts the yugas show the transformation of a perfect pure soul into dark bad souls.
There are four yugas Indian mythology:
Satya Yuga - The Golden Age
Treta Yuga
Dwapar Yuga
Kali Yuga - The time of Darkness.

Satya Yuga :
The first and best yuga. The world is said to be created in this yuga. As a result, it was pure and unpolluted. It is also said the in this yuga Brahma created the men and women and sent the life to world in various forms. He created perfect souls who were gigantic , truthful , honest , handsome and trustworthy. The weather was pleasant. There was no religious bifurcations. The were no laws. Everybody lived Happily. There was no music , dance or literature. No caste system and no animals were slain. Significant people were born in this age like Vishwamitra , Ravana , Harinyakashipu , Sati and Parvati.

Treta Yuga :
In this age , Virtue diminishes slightly. Many people announced themselves as emperors and conquerors of world. The society bifurcated itself into four castes : Brahmans , Kshatriyas , Vaishyas , Shudras. The all set in different fields of work. Population increased. people of mixed classes were born. Cities and town were established. Cultures and customs came into existence. The Honesty and good traits in human characters started fading slowly. Significant people like Rama , Lakshmana , Hanuman are said to be of this age. Ramayana is also said to be of this age.

Dwapara Yuga :
People became discontent and fighted each other. Money and wealth were given more importance than ethics and morals, unlike the previous ages. People were more greedy and not as strong as their ancestors. Good beings also existed and were respected throughout. Mahabharata is said to be of this age and people like Krishna , Pandavas , Kauravas , Draupdi were also born in Dwapar Yuga.

Kali Yuga:
The age of Darkness. People became sinners and lack virtue. The Brahmans are exploited , Kshatriyas became weak and shudra acquires power exactly opposite to past ages. People became slaves to their passions and barely as strong as their ancestors. No one carries good traits from ancestors. The average age of human is barely 100 though by end it will be 20.
